Big things are happening at Rocking Horse Farm. What had been a gentle hum of activity has shifted into high gear, thanks to Dakota Underground, who fired up its fleet of bulldozers and heavy machinery to officially break ground April 16.
With a warm, dry spring so far, conditions are good and timing couldn’t be better. Expectations are that all underground utilities and at least half the streets in the 134-lot subdivision will be finished by late summer, with approximately 75 lots ready for construction by mid-October. The balance of lots will be homebuilder-ready by July 2016.
While the next few months will be filled with activity, remember that amid the ruckus, progress is being made at Rocking Horse Farm. And after years of research and intensive planning, it’s thrilling to see Fargo’s newest community taking shape.
