Fargo Traffic Engineer Jeremy Gorden recently informed Rocking Horse Farm that much-needed traffic signals will be installed at the intersection of 52nd Avenue South and 63rd Street South during the summer of 2017. This will make it easier for traffic to enter 52nd Avenue from the Rocking Horse Farm, McMahon Estates, and Deer Creek subdivisions. In addition, it will be safer and more convenient to enter and exit the Bright Futures Early Learning Center within Rocking Horse Farm. Bright Futures is expected to be operational in the spring of 2017.
