The first house to break ground at Rocking Horse Farm belongs to the Schulz Family. Because of the mild fall weather, they were able to get a comfortable start on construction.
The first floor framework was completed awhile back. Now the second floor trusses have been placed. Assuming timely production through the remainder of winter, the Schulz family will be right on schedule to move into their finished home by the spring thaw.
Now that’s a warm thought!
