One of the most unique qualities about Rocking Horse Farm is the effort that is being put into creating a rural-themed community, based on the calm and beauty of a farm. The Rocking Horse Farm 2nd Addition Homeowners Association (HOA) will be managing eight irrigated landscaped lots within the community that are more than just underground sprinklers and turf. These lots were designed by Fargo-based landscape architect, Land Elements, to maintain the charm of a true farm. The HOA pocket parks will include benches, a variety of trees, bushes, and tall grasses. Two trail-access lots will have trees and turf, while two entrance signage lots will have turf, trees, and tall grasses. In addition, the entrance signage lots will feature a red rocking horse which will be lit at night along with a fieldstone wall. Opp Construction is expected to be finished with all eight HOA lots by mid-September.
