At the 2014 Red River Valley Home & Garden Show, we announced that the first phase of residential development for Rocking Horse Farm is currently going through the City of Fargo’s approval process. The current plan includes 75 acres with 134 single-family residential lots, significant “green space” and a park.
Should the approval process proceed as expected, residential lots will be ready for purchase by fall 2014. At that time we’ll take commitments from prospective builders and homeowners alike.
