A very active Rocking Horse Farm builder, Krueger Construction, is building the home on Block 1, Lot 9 while Kochmann Brothers Homes is constructing the home in the “6100 block of Marigold Loop South”. In fact, Kochmann’s president, Darrick Guthmiller, is quoted quite extensively in the article as the current president of the Home Builders Association of Fargo-Moorhead.
