This month's Midwest Nest Magazine features a story about a Rocking Horse Farm family who moved here sight unseen, and immediately fell in love with their home and the development. Although Radiant Homes was in the early stages of designing and building a model home in Rocking Horse Farm, they were still able to customize it for the Adams family. Since they were living in Arizona at the time, personalizing the home was done completely remotely.
"Most people would assume that building a home like this would be very stressful, but it was a very stress-free process from start to finish" said Alyssa Adams. Having now lived here since early summer, their family has found a few more reasons to love where they live: like taking their girls to pick corn in the pocket park, and visiting the neighborhood's pumpkin patch.
