Construction remains steady at Rocking Horse Farm in the Farmstead Office Park. Ground was broken in early September on two new office buildings i.e. the 4,350 sq. ft. Stable and 4,993 Granary. Both are designed to mesh with the Office Park’s farm theme. When completed they will complement the three current office buildings which are leased by the following businesses:
WHITE BARN | 13,148 SF
MACHINE SHED | 8,640 SF
Chris Hawley Architects designed the buildings and will also act as the construction manager. Both office buildings will be completed in January 2019 with tenant move in expected by February 1st. The Stable will be leased by Insight Technologies, while the Granary will be leased by the ND Trade Office and Northarvest Bean, with an extra 1,534-square-foot space available for lease.
